A quick, comforting one-pan meal full of savory ranch flavor, tender vegetables, and lean turkey.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Prepare the broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots.
  2. Add the ground turkey, cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes, and drain excess liquid.
  3. Add broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots. Sauté for about 5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Stir in ranch seasoning and heavy cream. Cook for another 3–5 minutes until heated through. Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley, and serve.

Notes

Serve over rice or pasta; can be frozen for up to 2 months.
