Description

Deliciously crunchy potatoes seasoned to perfection and roasted until golden brown, perfect for breakfast or as a side dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
