Description

Curried Cashews are a delightful snack that perfectly balances flavors and textures with aromatic spices and a satisfying crunch.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw cashews
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for crispy cashews.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cashews, olive oil, curry powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Spread cashews on a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring halfway through until golden brown and fragrant.
  4. Let cool for a few minutes and garnish with cilantro before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week. They best enjoyed fresh.
