- 2 tablespoons curry powder

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for crispy cashews.
- In a large bowl, combine cashews, olive oil, curry powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Toss to coat.
- Spread cashews on a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring halfway through until golden brown and fragrant.
- Let cool for a few minutes and garnish with cilantro before serving.
