Description

These delightful tarts combine dark chocolate and fresh raspberries in flaky puff pastry, making them perfect for special occasions or a sweet treat at home.


Ingredients

  • 1 package puff pastry sheets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh raspberries
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut into squares. Place them on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  2. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it simmers. Remove from heat, add dark chocolate chips, and stir until smooth. Mix in the vanilla extract.
  3. Spoon chocolate ganache into the center of each puff pastry square and top with fresh raspberries.
  4. Fold the edges over the filling and seal securely. Brush with egg wash and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
