- 1 package puff pastry sheets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh raspberries
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut into squares. Place them on a parchment-lined baking tray.
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it simmers. Remove from heat, add dark chocolate chips, and stir until smooth. Mix in the vanilla extract.
- Spoon chocolate ganache into the center of each puff pastry square and top with fresh raspberries.
- Fold the edges over the filling and seal securely. Brush with egg wash and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
