Warm, flaky twists filled with creamy cheese and spicy jalapeño—these popper twists are perfect for parties and easy snacks.

- 1 package of crescent roll dough
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Soften the cream cheese at room temperature.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Roll out the crescent dough, cut into triangles, and place a spoonful of the cheese mixture on the wide end of each triangle. Roll toward the point to form a twist.
- Brush the twists with beaten egg and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm. Pair with ranch or blue cheese dip for a cooling contrast.
