- 2 Chicken breasts (cooked and shredded)
- 1 cup Dill pickles (diced)
- 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
- 4 Taco shells (soft or crispy)
- 1 cup Shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
- 1 cup Lettuce (shredded)
- 1 cup Tomatoes (diced)
- 1/2 cup Onions (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare all ingredients.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with dill pickles and ranch seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add seasoned chicken, and cook for 5–7 minutes, mashing lightly.
- In a separate skillet, melt mounds of shredded cheese until golden brown, forming cheese lace.
- Assemble tacos with the chicken mixture, toppings, and crispy cheese lace; serve immediately.
Notes
Serve with lime wedges and additional toppings as desired.
