Description

This cozy, creamy casserole with just five pantry-friendly ingredients bakes up hot, bubbly, and golden on top, making it perfect for a weeknight dinner or a casual potluck.

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup crushed crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a medium baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until smooth. Add shredded chicken and crushed crackers, folding until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is hot and bubbly.
  4. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For added crunch, reserve some crushed crackers and sprinkle them on top during the last 10 minutes of baking.
