- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup crushed crackers
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a medium baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until smooth. Add shredded chicken and crushed crackers, folding until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is hot and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For added crunch, reserve some crushed crackers and sprinkle them on top during the last 10 minutes of baking.
