Description

A no-bake, crowd-pleasing dessert with rich chocolate pudding layered with cookie dirt, perfect for spring gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (16 oz) container of whipped topping
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (3.9 oz) package of instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • Gummy worms (for decoration)
  • Chocolate crumbs (for topping)
  • Easter candy (optional, for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs and set aside.
  2. Beat together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  3. Whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until it thickens and becomes glossy, about 2 minutes.
  4. Layer half of the crushed cookies in the bottom of a casserole dish. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the cookies followed by half of the pudding mixture. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  5. Top with extra crushed cookies, gummy worms, and Easter candy for decoration. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For best texture, chill for 3–4 hours. Use light whipped topping and low-fat milk for a lighter dessert.
