- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, broccoli florets, shredded cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top if desired.
- Bake the casserole for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
