Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, broccoli florets, shredded cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top if desired.
