- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Gather and measure all ingredients. Let the cream cheese soften at room temperature for 15-20 minutes. Chop the green onions and nuts.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, blue cheese if using, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Unwrap the cheese ball and roll in chopped nuts until coated. Serve with crackers or veggies.
