Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Sprinkles for topping
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or foil. Measure the chocolate chips and open the can of sweetened condensed milk. Have the sprinkles and vanilla ready.
- Place the chocolate chips and the sweetened condensed milk in a small saucepan. Heat over medium-low heat while stirring constantly.
- Continue stirring until the chocolate melts and the mixture becomes smooth and glossy, about 3–5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the warm fudge into the lined baking dish and spread it evenly. Let it cool slightly for a few minutes before adding the sprinkles. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Lift out the parchment and cut into 16 squares.
Notes
Use good-quality chocolate chips for the best flavor. Keep heat low when melting to avoid scorching.
