Description

This easy Christmas fudge with sprinkles is rich, chocolatey, and perfect for holiday gifts or a quick festive treat. It melts on your tongue and is colorful with sprinkles on top.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Sprinkles for topping

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or foil. Measure the chocolate chips and open the can of sweetened condensed milk. Have the sprinkles and vanilla ready.
  2. Place the chocolate chips and the sweetened condensed milk in a small saucepan. Heat over medium-low heat while stirring constantly.
  3. Continue stirring until the chocolate melts and the mixture becomes smooth and glossy, about 3–5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the warm fudge into the lined baking dish and spread it evenly. Let it cool slightly for a few minutes before adding the sprinkles. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Lift out the parchment and cut into 16 squares.

Notes

Use good-quality chocolate chips for the best flavor. Keep heat low when melting to avoid scorching.
