Description

A delightful pull-apart bread enveloped in a warm buttery cinnamon glaze, perfect for holiday mornings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup raisins or dried fruit (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. Mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Cut each biscuit dough into quarters and coat them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture, then layer in the bundt pan.
  4. Melt the unsalted butter and brown sugar in a saucepan until smooth, then pour over the layered dough. If using, add nuts and dried fruit on top.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before inverting onto a serving plate and enjoy warm.

Notes

Serve warm with fresh fruit or coffee. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days or refrigerate for a week.
