- 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup raisins or dried fruit (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
- Mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a bowl.
- Cut each biscuit dough into quarters and coat them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture, then layer in the bundt pan.
- Melt the unsalted butter and brown sugar in a saucepan until smooth, then pour over the layered dough. If using, add nuts and dried fruit on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before inverting onto a serving plate and enjoy warm.
Notes
Serve warm with fresh fruit or coffee. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days or refrigerate for a week.
