A quick festive treat combining creamy white chocolate with bright citrus and chewy cranberries.

- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Grease or line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Place the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan over low to medium heat, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the dried cranberries, orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla extract.
- Pour into the prepared pan, spread smooth, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm. Cut into 16 squares to serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container: up to 2 days at room temperature, 2 weeks in the fridge, or freeze for up to 3 months.
