Description

A quick festive treat combining creamy white chocolate with bright citrus and chewy cranberries.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Grease or line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Place the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan over low to medium heat, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the dried cranberries, orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour into the prepared pan, spread smooth, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm. Cut into 16 squares to serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container: up to 2 days at room temperature, 2 weeks in the fridge, or freeze for up to 3 months.
