Description

A delightful way to enjoy summer’s sweetest fruit, these grilled peaches are warm, caramelized, and perfect for dessert or breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Cinnamon (optional)
  • Ice cream or yogurt for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits.
  3. Brush the cut sides with olive oil.
  4. Place the peaches cut side down on the grill and grill for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
  6. Serve warm with ice cream or yogurt.

Notes

Store leftover grilled peaches in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 2 days. Best enjoyed fresh off the grill.
