- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked chicken or turkey, shredded
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 4 large tortillas
- Optional: lettuce for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and taco seasoning until well blended.
- Stir in the shredded cheese, chicken or turkey, diced tomatoes, and green onions. Mix until the filling is even.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla. Roll tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- Unwrap and slice the tortillas into pinwheels. Serve with lettuce if desired.
Notes
These pinwheels can be made a day ahead and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator or frozen uncut for up to 1 month.
