- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 small butternut squash, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in diced butternut squash and chopped bell pepper. Cook until squash is tender, about 8-10 minutes.
- Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
