Instructions

  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface. Combine feta cheese, cranberries, salt, pepper, and herbs in a bowl.
  3. Spread the feta and cranberry mixture evenly over the pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Roll the pastry into a log shape and slice into 1-inch pieces.
