Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface. Combine feta cheese, cranberries, salt, pepper, and herbs in a bowl.
- Spread the feta and cranberry mixture evenly over the pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Roll the pastry into a log shape and slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Place the swirls on a baking sheet, brush with beaten egg, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
