- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup Flamin’ Hot Cheetos, crushed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with muffin liners.
- Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the pretzel bits and crushed Flamin’ Hot Cheetos.
- Divide the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each liner about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
