- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 cups almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1 tablespoon coconut oil or butter (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan with coconut oil or butter.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add almond flour, eggs, vanilla extract, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and honey or maple syrup (if using). Mix until well combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the greased loaf pan, sprinkle with cinnamon, layer the remaining batter, and swirl gently with a toothpick.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the loaf cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
