Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh fruits (like berries or sliced peaches)
  • Gelatin (optional, for a sturdier texture)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth. If using gelatin, sprinkle it over 2 tablespoons of warm water and let it bloom for 1–2 minutes, then stir until dissolved.
  2. In a clean bowl, whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt in two additions, preserving air.
  3. Pour the combined mixture into a serving dish or individual cups and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until set.
  4. Before serving, top with fresh fruits, and optionally, add toasted nuts or a drizzle of honey.

Notes

For a firmer texture, add gelatin. Refrigerate for up to 3 days and keep fruit separate until serving.
