- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 can French onion soup
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 onion, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, browning it while breaking it into chunks. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine French onion soup, beef broth, uncooked rice, and the beef and onion mixture. Stir well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 30-35 minutes until rice is tender.
- Remove the foil, top with shredded cheese, and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider using a mix of beef broth and red wine. You can also add vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for added nutrition.
