A fresh, creamy, and chocolatey frozen dessert with a smooth texture and peanut flavor, made from chia seeds and almond milk.

- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or sugar)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the almond milk, cocoa powder, peanut butter, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Stir in the chia seeds and mix thoroughly to evenly distribute them.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until thickened.
- Once thick, stir again, pour into serving containers, and freeze for 2–3 hours until set.
Notes
Serve topped with sliced bananas, chopped roasted peanuts, cacao nibs, or enjoy as a frozen dessert or snack. Store in the fridge for 3–4 days or in the freezer for a month.
