Description

A fresh, creamy, and chocolatey frozen dessert with a smooth texture and peanut flavor, made from chia seeds and almond milk.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or sugar)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the almond milk, cocoa powder, peanut butter, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  2. Stir in the chia seeds and mix thoroughly to evenly distribute them.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until thickened.
  4. Once thick, stir again, pour into serving containers, and freeze for 2–3 hours until set.

Notes

Serve topped with sliced bananas, chopped roasted peanuts, cacao nibs, or enjoy as a frozen dessert or snack. Store in the fridge for 3–4 days or in the freezer for a month.
