Description

Delightful cookies bursting with flavors and colors from Fruity Pebbles and creamy white chocolate chips.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 cup of packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 3 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 cups of Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • 1 cup of white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl, then gradually add to the wet mixture.
  5. Fold in the Fruity Pebbles and white chocolate chips.
  6. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.

Notes

For chewier cookies, chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking.
