Instructions
- Prepare: Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth. Dice vegetables.
- Mixing: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add butter or oil and let it melt. Sauté the diced vegetables for 2–3 minutes.
- Cooking: Pour the whisked egg mixture over the vegetables. Let cook until edges set (2–3 minutes). Sprinkle cheese on half of the omelette.
- Finishing: Fold the omelette in half and cook for another 1–2 minutes until the cheese melts. Serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 24 hours. Reheat gently in a skillet over low heat.
