  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Prepare: Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth. Dice vegetables.
  2. Mixing: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add butter or oil and let it melt. Sauté the diced vegetables for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Cooking: Pour the whisked egg mixture over the vegetables. Let cook until edges set (2–3 minutes). Sprinkle cheese on half of the omelette.
  4. Finishing: Fold the omelette in half and cook for another 1–2 minutes until the cheese melts. Serve warm.
