Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add garlic, cooking until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
- Add shrimp and cook until pink (3-4 minutes), seasoning with salt and pepper.
- In a baking dish, combine cooked rice, shrimp mixture, chicken broth, and parsley; stir well.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
