Description
A simple and comforting garlic butter toast that is quick to make and pairs well with soups and salads.

- 4 slices of bread
- 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of dried parsley
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.
- In a small bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread and place them buttered side up on the baking sheet.
- Bake for about 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy. Let cool slightly before serving warm.
Notes
For extra crispness, you can broil the toast for the last 1–2 minutes, but watch closely to avoid burning.
