  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken, salt, and pepper, and cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and let it cook for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
