- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken, salt, and pepper, and cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream and let it cook for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well.
- Remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- When serving, garnish with chopped parsley and additional Parmesan, if desired.
