Description

Gingerbread Truffles are a festive no-bake treat that combines the warm flavors of gingerbread with creamy white chocolate, perfect for holiday gifting or dessert tables.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup gingerbread cookies, crushed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white chocolate, melted
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Sprinkles or crushed cookies for coating (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the crushed gingerbread cookies with softened cream cheese, ground ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Once chilled, dip each ball into the melted white chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
  5. Roll in sprinkles or crushed cookies if desired for a festive touch.
  6. Let them set on the baking sheet until the chocolate hardens.
  7. Serve and enjoy your Gingerbread Truffles with friends and family!

Notes

Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week, or freeze them with parchment paper between layers for longer storage.
