Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh thyme for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the pork tenderloin in a baking dish and pour the glaze evenly over the pork.
  4. Bake the pork in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Once baked, let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  6. Serve the sliced pork with the remaining glaze drizzled on top and garnish with fresh thyme if desired.

Notes

For optimal flavor, ensure the pork is at room temperature before cooking. You can also marinate the pork in the glaze for a few hours or overnight.
