Description

A bright and simple salmon dish that makes a perfect centerpiece for any festive table, featuring fresh lemon, dill, and garlic.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped dill
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Vegetables (like asparagus or green beans) for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  2. Place the salmon on the tray, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, dill, and garlic.
  3. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily. Check the thickest part for doneness.
  4. Let the salmon rest for 2 minutes before serving with steamed vegetables on the side.

Notes

Bring salmon to room temperature before baking for even cooking. Try different gluten-free or dairy-free sides to enhance the meal.
