Ingredients

- 2 cups arugula

Instructions
- Wash and trim the radishes, then slice them thinly for a delicate crunch.
- In a large bowl, combine the arugula, sliced radishes, red onion, and parsley. Toss gently.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
