Ingredients
- Tortilla wraps
- Bacon
- Lettuce
- Tomatoes
- Mayonnaise
- Dijon mustard
- Garlic powder
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Cook the bacon until crispy and let it drain on paper towels. While the bacon cooks, wash and dry the lettuce, and slice the tomatoes into even slices. Lay the tortilla wraps on a clean work surface.
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, a pinch of salt, and a few grinds of black pepper to create the secret sauce. Taste and adjust the seasoning — add more mustard for tang or more mayo for creaminess.
- Lay out the tortilla wraps and spread a layer of the secret sauce evenly over each one. If your bacon is very hot, let it cool a minute so it doesn’t wilt the lettuce.
- Add layers of crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, and sliced tomatoes. Roll up the wraps tightly and slice in half at an angle for a nice presentation. Serve immediately or wrap in parchment paper for later.
Notes
Best consumed within a day to keep bacon crisp and lettuce fresh. Avoid soggy wraps by keeping sauce separate until serving.
