- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup enchilada sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- Tortilla chips for serving
- Black olives and parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except tortilla chips, black olives, and parsley. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with black olives and parsley, and serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
For an extra kick, add diced jalapeños or use rotisserie chicken for convenience. Can be made vegetarian by substituting with black beans.
