- 1 pizza dough
- 1/2 cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon freshly cracked black pepper
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the grill on medium-high heat.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to desired thickness.
- Brush one side of the dough with olive oil and place it on the grill, oiled side down. Grill for 2-3 minutes until charred and crispy.
- Flip the dough, sprinkle with Pecorino Romano and Parmesan cheeses, and add freshly cracked black pepper.
- Close the grill lid and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the grill, slice, and serve hot.
