Description

A delightful twist on a classic dish featuring a crispy grilled pizza crust topped with gooey cheeses and freshly cracked black pepper.


Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill on medium-high heat.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to desired thickness.
  3. Brush one side of the dough with olive oil and place it on the grill, oiled side down. Grill for 2-3 minutes until charred and crispy.
  4. Flip the dough, sprinkle with Pecorino Romano and Parmesan cheeses, and add freshly cracked black pepper.
  5. Close the grill lid and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the grill, slice, and serve hot.
