- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 bell pepper, diced

Instructions
- Boil the gnocchi in salted water according to package instructions until they float, about 2-3 minutes. Drain and cool.
- Toss the cooled gnocchi with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat and grill gnocchi for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- In a large bowl, combine grilled gnocchi with cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, red onion, and spinach. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette, mix gently, and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
