- Butter
Instructions
- Start by heating a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the skillet. Layer the ham and cheese on top, then add the second slice of bread, butter side up.
- Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook the other side until the cheese melts and the sandwich is golden brown.
- Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve immediately.
Notes
