- 2 heads of romaine lettuce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Balsamic vinaigrette or dressing of choice
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Cut the romaine heads in half lengthwise.
- Brush the cut sides of the romaine with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill cut side down for about 2-3 minutes until slightly charred.
- Remove from grill and top with halved cherry tomatoes and grated Parmesan cheese. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding toasted nuts or other fresh veggies. Ensure your grill grates are clean to prevent sticking.
