  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to high heat and season the steaks with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  2. In a bowl, mix softened butter, garlic, parsley, thyme, and lemon juice until blended.
  3. Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.

Notes

Let the steaks come to room temperature before grilling for even cooking. Use a meat thermometer for the best doneness.
