- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cooked salmon, flaked
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped chives for garnish
- Crackers or bread for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and flaked salmon. Use a fork to break the salmon into smaller pieces.
- Stir in the chopped dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Garnish with chopped chives and serve immediately with crackers or bread.
Notes
