Description

A refreshing and creamy salmon spread perfect for picnics and summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cooked salmon, flaked
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped chives for garnish
  • Crackers or bread for serving

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and flaked salmon. Use a fork to break the salmon into smaller pieces.
  2. Stir in the chopped dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  4. Garnish with chopped chives and serve immediately with crackers or bread.
