- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup green sugar sprinkles
- Hershey’s Kisses candy
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs and vanilla until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture and stir in the green sugar sprinkles.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
- Remove cookies from the oven and press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center. Let cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Serve warm for soft cookies with melty chocolate centers. Store cookies in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
