Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Green food coloring
- Whipped cream (for topping)
- Chocolate chips or berries (for decoration)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and vegetable oil.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Add green food coloring to the batter and mix until desired color is achieved.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake, cooking until bubbles form; flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm with whipped cream, decorated with chocolate chips or berries.
Notes
Don’t overmix the batter for fluffy pancakes. Adjust heat if pancakes brown too quickly.
