- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2/3 cup water
- 12 taco shells
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Sour cream (optional)
- Salsa (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning and water to the skillet with the cooked beef. Stir well and let it simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
- Warm the taco shells according to package instructions.
- Fill each taco shell generously with the seasoned beef mixture.
- Top your tacos with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese, adding optional sour cream and salsa.
- Serve immediately for best flavor!
