Description

A vibrant and creamy dip made with fresh avocados, lime juice, and chopped vegetables, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 1 tomato (diced)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Mash the avocado to your desired consistency with a fork.
  3. Add lime juice, diced onion, diced tomato, minced garlic, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, adding more salt or lime juice. Stir in cilantro if desired. Serve immediately.
