- 6 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 1 cup pretzels
- 1 cup candy corn
- 1 cup Halloween-themed chocolate candies
- 1 cup peanuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the Rice Chex, pretzels, candy corn, chocolate candies, and peanuts (if using) until evenly distributed.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the white chocolate chips and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the melted mixture over the cereal mixture and gently stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread the mix onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Allow to cool slightly, sprinkle with powdered sugar, then break into pieces.
Notes
For a nut-free version, substitute peanuts with sunflower seeds. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
