Warm, cheesy, and golden on top, these biscuits are a quick and savory bake perfect for breakfast or as a side.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in melted butter and milk until just combined.
  3. Gently fold in the diced ham and shredded cheese. Pour the batter into the greased pan and smooth the top.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.

Notes
