- 2 tablespoons harissa paste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix harissa paste, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and charred, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve with fresh lemon wedges.
Notes
For enhanced flavors, marinate the chicken overnight. Serve alongside salad, couscous, or grilled vegetables.
