Description

Juicy and flavorful Harissa Grilled Chicken, marinated in a spicy harissa paste, perfect for summer cookouts.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons harissa paste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix harissa paste, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and charred, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve with fresh lemon wedges.

Notes
