Description

Quick and tasty high protein bagel bites that are chewy and perfect for snacks or meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt. Add Greek yogurt and water, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  3. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions, shape them into bagel-like rounds, and optionally press a hole in the center.
  4. Place on the prepared baking sheet, sprinkle with sesame seeds or seasoning, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with cream cheese, avocado, or smoked salmon. For a sweet option, try ricotta and honey.
