- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a medium casserole dish with oil or nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked chicken, spinach, artichoke hearts, Greek yogurt, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased casserole dish and spread evenly. Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for 5–10 minutes before serving. Garnish with extra parmesan or parsley if desired.
