Description

Festive single-serve cups filled with a variety of cheeses, cured meats, nuts, and dried fruits for a playful and elegant presentation.


Ingredients

  • Assorted cured meats (e.g., salami, prosciutto, pepperoni)
  • Cheese (e.g., cheddar, brie, gouda)
  • Olives
  • Dried fruits (e.g., apricots, figs)
  • Nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts)
  • Crackers or breadsticks
  • Fresh fruit (e.g., grapes, apple slices)
  • Herbs for garnish (e.g., rosemary, thyme)

Instructions

  1. Prepare small cups or bowls. Wash and dry fresh fruit.
  2. Slice cheeses into bite-size cubes. Arrange crackers or breadsticks on a tray.
  3. Layer different cheeses at the bottom of each cup.
  4. Add cured meats, folding or rolling them for presentation.
  5. Incorporate olives and nuts for texture and fill in with dried fruits and fresh fruit.
  6. Top with fresh herbs for garnish and serve alongside crackers or breadsticks.

Notes

Keep crackers separate until serving. Assemble cups up to 24 hours before serving, but add herbs just before presenting.
