- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 package (1.75 oz) fruit pectin
- 5 cups granulated sugar
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine apple juice and lemon juice.
- Stir in the fruit pectin and cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until it boils.
- Add granulated sugar all at once, stirring to combine, and return to a boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat, skim off foam, pour into sterilized jars, and process in a boiling water bath for 5-10 minutes.
Notes
Use fresh, high-quality apple juice for the best flavor. Properly sterilize jars to prevent spoilage.
